Nollywood star, John Okafor, popularly known as Mr. Ibu, has revealed that he is grappling with a medical issue that might necessitate the amputation of one of his legs.
On his official Instagram account, the comedic actor shared that he has been admitted to a hospital for an extended period.
In a video message from his hospital bed, he expressed;
I have been struggling for several weeks. Your prayers and support are all I seek at this time. I remain hospitalized, and the medical director has suggested that if the current treatment plan fails, amputation might be the only option.
I implore you to pray for me, to intercede on my behalf. Losing my leg is a terrifying prospect. I deeply appreciate your prayers and assistance. Thank you and may God bless you.”

Mr. Ibu celebrated his birthday recently, where he had his family join him, while he couldn’t hide the excruciating pain he was going through.
