Nollywood actor, Pete Edochie, has opened up on his perspective regarding his son, Yul Edochie’s, ongoing marital challenges. The drama enfolding the estranged couple, Yul and May Edochie, which has not gone unnoticed.
Yul’s father, Pete Edochie, who is known for his wisdom and use of proverbs, decided to express his view on his son’s marital controversy in a conversation with media personality, Chude Jideonwo.

This metaphor suggests that Pete Edochie believes that Yul brought the current turmoil and controversies upon himself due to his actions.
Yul disclosed to the public last year that he had embraced polygamy, taking Judy Austin, a fellow actor, as his second wife and recently becoming a father to a son born of this relationship.
This move led to a barrage of backlash from a number of quarters and saw his first wife, May, expressing her distress in a public manner.
In recent times, Yul and his second wife, Judy, have become quite a spectacle on social media. They have often been seen publicly displaying affection and engaging in sensuous dance routines. This behaviour has persisted even in the aftermath of a devastating family loss: the death of one of Yul’s sons, Kambilichukwu, who suffered from seizures and tragically passed away while at school.
A few months following the mourning of her son, May made the decision to sever her marital ties with Yul. She initiated divorce proceedings and legally barred Yul from entering their shared residence.
