Nollywood actress, Mercy Johnson Okojie, has lost her dad, Daniel Johnson on Friday, 5th May, 2023.
Okojie, while announcing the sad news on her Instagram page, expressed pain over the exit of her father, saying she would continue to question God for taking him, stressing that his death was unacceptable.
She disclosed that her father’s demise is the greatest pain she has ever experienced.
While still expressing her pains, she added that the only reasonable explanation for his demise is that God loves him more than they do.
Okojie shared a video of her and her father during his last birthday with a caption, She wrote:
“Rest in peace my gentle father, now Johnson Ametuo Daniel D.A Johnson, God clearly loves you more, that’s the only explanation that makes sense to me now.”
“For the rest of my life, daddy, I will keep asking God why? I don’t think I will ever understand why He has taken you from me.
“They say love saves but my love did not keep you here with us. “The great pain I feel now is the greatest pain of all.
“Rest in peace, my gentle father, NOW Johnson Ametuo Daniel D.A Johnson.”
The actress had lost her mum in May, 2018.
