American actor, Lance Reddick, star of ‘The Wire and John Wick Franchise’, has died at the age of 60.

The American actor died “suddenly” on Friday morning, 17th March, 2023, his publicist Mia Hansen retweeted, attributing his death to natural causes.

Reddick, a character actor, who played impassive hotel concierge, ‘Charon’, in all four of the ‘John Wick’ films, starring Keanu Reeves, the last of which is due for UK release in the week after his death.

Lance Reddick was an American actor and musician, best known for playing Cedric Daniels in The Wire, Phillip Broyles in Fringe, and Chief Irvin Irving in Bosch.

In film, he was best known for starring as ‘Charon’ in the ‘John Wick franchise’ and ‘David Gentry’ in ‘Angel Has Fallen’.
