Big Brother organizers have announced on their social media platforms the commencement of the audition for a new Big Brother reality show, which takes off on Thursday, 6th October 2022, and will be a combination of Nigerian and South African housemates in one season.

 The CEO of Multichoice  Nigeria, John ugbe, made this known in a statement that he released on Thursday, 6th October 2022.

In his statement, ugbe said the season called ‘Big Brother Titans’ would be a mix of BBNaija and Big Brother Mzansi of South Africa, which is scheduled to hold sometime next year.

Ugbe further explained that this is an opportunity for those interested from Nigeria and South Africa, aged 21 and above to take advantage and be a part of the audition.

Speaking about the twist of having a mash-up of BBNaija and BBMzansi, Ugbe said:

The long history of rich culture and talent shared by both countries will be brought to life through the Titan housemates in one house.

“I can only imagine the explosion of drama and intrigue that will ensue, so, imagine ‘Afrobeats’ meeting ‘Amapiano’; imagine the food and everything else that will be showcased; we think this will be quite exciting.

“We are excited about the special big brother season, and we will reveal more details at the right time sometime next year. If you think you have got what it takes to be Biggie’s next reality TV star, this message is for you”.

This is coming barely a week after the end of the Bbnaija which saw Phyna emerging as the Winner of season 7, Level Up, and taking home the cash prize of 50 million and a brand new car among others.

Big Brother has been one of the most popular reality series on TV and has so far contained factors which makes the show entertaining, controversial, backstabbing among contestants and a lot of suspense.

The show has millions of viewers all around the world who root for their best contestants, making it highly competitive and interesting.
