The Chief Executive Officer of Binance, Changpeng Zhao, has declared ‘Binance Nigeria Limited’ a scam entity via a tweet posted on his official Twitter handle on Sunday, 18th June, 2023.
The brief statement on his Twitter handle, read, “Binance has issued cease & desist notice to the scammer entity “Binance Nigeria Limited”. Don’t believe everything you read in the news.
This development is coming a few weeks after The Securities and Exchange Commission of Nigeria, SEC, declared that ‘Binance Nigeria’ is operating illegally in Nigeria.
