Comedian, AY Makun, has opened up for the first time on his longstanding quarrel with colleague, Basketmouth on media personality Chude Jideonwo’s show.

AY recalled an experience in 2006, where he stood in for Basketmouth at an event where the client loved his performance, though was not happy Basketmouth didn’t show up.

According to him, Basketmouth did not pay him, which made him ask for his N30,000, the amount he takes for gigs at that time after two weeks of the event.

He claimed Basketmouth said the client had not paid because they were not impressed with his performance at the event.

He further contacted the client and it was revealed that they had paid Basketmouth ahead of the show which made him send messages received from both parties to each other and things eventually went bad from there.
