Afrobeat singer, Davido, has reportedly moved out of his Banana Island multi-million naira mansion and put the property up for rent.
According to reports, this was made known by a real estate agent, Kofoworola Adewumi, via her Instagram page.
She wrote:
“Searching for a luxurious 5 bedroom detached house in the serene and exclusive Banana Island area of Lagos? Look no further than this stunning property now available for rent.
“Do not miss out on this incredible opportunity to live in a truly remarkable home in one of Lagos’ most sought after neighborhoods. Call us to arrange a viewing and see for yourself what makes this property so special.”
After sharing her post, a lot of the singer’s fans stormed the agents comment section to accuse her of chasing clout with Davido’s mansion.
Responding to the accusations, Adewumi wrote:
“However he has moved out and the property is now back in the market for rent. If you all were so concerned and intimate with Davido to the point of knowing his residence, you should also be aware that he has moved out.”
This new development is coming barely seven months after the singer lost his son to a drowning incident in the Banana Island home in October 2022.
