Panshak Henry Zamani, popularly known as Ice Prince Zamani, has been arrested for allegedly abducting and assaulting a Police officer in Lagos state, early hours of this morning, 2nd September, 2022.
The news was disclosed on Twitter by the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Lagos command, SP Benjamin Hundeyin.
According to him, the rapper was initially stopped by men of the Nigerian Police Force for driving without a license plate. One thing led to the other and the ‘Oleku’ crooner then threatened, assaulted and abducted the Police officer in his car, stating that he would throw him into a river.
SP Hudenyin disclosed further that the Nigerian rapper has been arrested and will be arraigned before the court today.
According to the Police SP, “He, thereafter, abducted the police officer in his car, assaulted him and threatened to throw him in the river. He has been arrested and would be arraigned today”.
