Nigerians on social media have raised questions about the genuineness of the house gifted to BBNaija All Stars finalist, Cynthia Nwadiora, also known as Ceec, by her fans to mark her 31st birthday on Monday, 6th November 2023.
In a video circulated online, the former Big Brother Naija ‘Double Wahala’ housemate was led to her new house while blindfolded by her co-star, Ike Onyema, and a dummy key’ was presented to her while she was still blindfolded, adding to the mystery.
When the blindfold was removed, she was left shocked and emotional by the house presentation.
The video of the house gift led to skepticism among some fans, with claims that she may have purchased the house herself.
According to the fans the doubt arose, given that her fans couldn’t secure her victory in the recently concluded All-Stars show while some questioned the rationale behind fans gifting already successful housemates expensive presents.
However, video clips of her birthday celebration revealed that a realtor who identified himself as Kayode confirmed that Ceec’s fans indeed purchased the house for her.
Earlier, the reality star began her birthday celebrations by sharing a series of birthday photos on social media, which were warmly received by her fans.
Additionally, she shared a touching video compilation featuring ex-housemates extending birthday wishes. Notable personalities in the video included Venita Akpofure, Angel Smith, Kidd Waya, Ike Onyeama, Ozoemena Chukwu, Mercy Eke, Dorathy Bachor, Kim Opra, and Cross Okonkwo.
Ceec was a finalist in the just concluded BBNaija All Stars reality show. She came third behind fellow contestants Mercy Eke and the winner Illebaye Odiniya.
