Canadian singer, Celine Dion, has announced the cancellation of her 2023/2024 European Courage World Tour, as she continues to battle Stiff Person Syndrome.
According to reports, the 55 years old singer released a statement on her Twitter handle, stating that it was unfair to keep postponing her show, hence it’s cancellation.
Dion, had postponed several shows in December 2022, after she announced she had been diagnosed with ‘Stiff person Syndrome’, a condition, she said, that doesn’t allow her to sing the way she is use to.
The disorder is a rare, progressive syndrome that affects the nervous system, specifically the brain and spinal cord and so far there is no known cure.
She said that tickets for her concerts will be refunded from their point of purchase.
