American media personality, Broderick Stephen Harvey popularly known as Steve Harvey, has explained Burna Boy didn’t steal from them, rather Americans ‘stole’ from Africans like Burna Boy.

The video shared by Panafricanlife, on Twitter, shows Steve Harvey explaining how Americans stole content from ‘Africa’ and surfaced on social media In the video making the rounds online, The media personality explained why Black Americans need to touch base with Africans and their ancestral roots.

 Steve Harvey revealed the Americans stole from Africans and not the other way around.

According to him, American musicians copied African beats, rhythm, and style to incorporate into their music.

He also said that Africans are hard-working and are blessed with a large number of natural resources.

“Africans are the kindest and most sincere people he has ever been around”, he added.

He then went ahead to mention some countries in Africa that people from his side of the world need to visit and experience.

While explaining his point on Black Americans also being Africans, he added that “once his people have been to these different countries in Africa, then they would understand who they are. 

Once you see that, you’ll understand who we are. Them Africans ain’t stole nothing from us, they talking about ‘Burna Boy stole this’, no. We stole from Burna Boy, them Africans are us.”
