Three ad-hoc staff of INEC have been abducted by unknown gunmen, in Donga Local Government Area of Taraba State.
The Coordinator of Electoral Operations Support Centre, EOSC, INEC Headquarters, Taraba State, North-East Nigeria, who confirmed the abduction, said they received a signal report of the incident from the INEC Electoral Officer of Donga Local Government.
The Police Public Relations Officer in Taraba State .Command, SP Usman Abdullahi said they had yet to receive a report on the incident, when contacted through telephone.
Full information about the abductees has yet to be verified.
