The Union of European Football Associations, UEFA, on Sunday, 8th October, 2023, has postponed the European Championship 2024 qualifiers, to be held in Israel to a later date, due to the war outbreak.

This announcement was revealed via the association’s official X handle.

In light of the current security situation in Israel, UEFA has decided to postpone several matches scheduled to be played in the country.

This postponements will affect all matches, both senior and youth fixtures.

According to this report, on Thursday, 12th October, 2023 European championship qualifier between Israel and Switzerland will not be held.
