Upon the release of his 5th album ‘‘More Love, Less Ego” on 11th November 2022, afrobeats megastar and Grammy award winning singer/songwriter Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid has announced details of a North American tour where he will visit 20 cities starting at Houston’s Toyota Center on 3rd March 2023.

Starboy made the announcement with a stellar Apple Music Live performance where he entertained fans with some singles like “Bad To me” and “Money and Love” from the album.

The Nigerian artist is said to have a one month tour where he will visit places like Atlanta, Brooklyn, and more before concluding the tour in Los Angeles at The Kia Forum on Aprildates for ‘More Love, Less Ego’ North America Tour.

The Apple Music live performance offered an insight into what fans should expect at the Madison Square concert.

The concert saw fans fill up the 20,000-capacity hall as they were thrilled to a collection of Wizkid’s hit songs from his illustrious career.Wizkid’s official disc jockey DJ Tunez was was not left out as he was on hand to thrill fans with a selection of Afrobeats classics.
The concert had an emotional moment when Tunez played Davido’s ‘Dami Duro’ and everyone present put on their flashlights in honor of the megastar who recently lost his son.
His fans in the US and Canada will get another chance to catch the Grammy winner in their city.

Wizkid, began his career in music when he was just 11 years old in Lagos, Nigeria. 

There were also guest appearances from Skepta, Ayra Starr, and Don Toliver, among others.
