Arsenal forward, Bukayo Saka, scored twice to help them beat Iran 6-2 in their first match of the 2022 World Cup. Jude Bellingham, Raheem Sterling, Marcus Rashford and Jack Grealish also found themselves on the scoresheet.

It was the perfect start for England manager, Gareth Southgate, as his men soared to victory.
The only concern was a late injury to central defender, Harry Maguire, who had to be taken off in the second half.
The Three Lions made it three goals in eight minutes as Saka and Raheem Sterling struck to round-off a first half that was disrupted by a lengthy delay following a concussion to Iran keeper Alireza Beiranvand.
