Nigerian musician, Davido, thrilled the audience with his performance at the 2023 edition of the Black Entertainment Awards, BET, held on Sunday, 25th June 2023 at the Microsoft Theater Los Angeles, United states.
The superstar treated the award show audience to a medley his hits, ‘Unavailable’ and ‘Feel’, from latest his chart-topping album, ‘Timeless’.
Davido’s performance at the BET Awards is coming five years after he took home the coveted Best International Act award in 2018.
Other performers on the night include, rapper Ice Spice, Bia, Lil Uzi Vert, Soulja Boy, and Fat Joe.
This is not the first time Davido would be gracing an international stage, he performed his world cup themed song, ‘Hya Hya’ at closing ceremony of the 2022 World Cup, which took place in Qatar.
The BET Awards is an American award show that was established in 2001 by the Black entertainment Television to celebrate black entertainers and other marginalized groups in music, film, sports and philanthropy. The awards which are presented annually, are broadcast live on BET
