The Director General of the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria, FRCN, Mohammed Bulama has called for enhanced cooperation with the police to safeguard critical national broadcast infrastructure and assets during a courtesy visit to the Commissioner of Police in Lagos State Adegoke Fayoade on Tuesday, 13th February 2024.

During the visit, the FRCN DG commended the Lagos State Police Command and the Commissioner of Police for their previous interventions against encroachment on FRCN land in Lagos and stressed on the need for sustained efforts

He went further to highlight FRCN’s contributions to public safety through informative programmes supporting law enforcement efforts and called for deepened collaboration to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.

In response, the Commissioner of Police praised FRCN for its valuable content and assured the corporation of continued protection of its assets in Lagos state.

Expressing commitment to the partnership, the commissioner pledged to strengthen collaboration and provide timely security assistance whenever needed to ensure the seamless operation of FRCN’s services in Lagos State, Nigeria.
