A Nigeria masseur, Joyc Ijeoma, who intended to perform a 72-hour body massage on participants, has collapsed during the Guinness world record attempt for longest full-body massage.
Ijeoma passed unconscious during the attempt at the venue in a neighborhood of Lekki, Lagos State, Nigeria.
The masseuse went away early on Tuesday, 4th of July 2023, after putting in a total of 50 hours of work.
At the time this report was sent, Ijeoma had stopped the live transmission and had not yet arrived at the location.
The prior record was set by Alastair Galpin in South Kalimantan, Indonesia, in 2015.
Galpin currently holds the record for the longest full-body massage, clocking in 25 hours, 4 minutes.
