Former Manchester City defender, Benjamin Mendy has been found not guilty of rape and attempted rape in a British court.
A jury of six men and six women cleared the fullback after taking three hours and 15 minutes to conclude.
According to reports, Mendy has been cleared of raping a woman and attempting to rape another.
Mendy had been accused of attacking a young woman in his Cheshire mansion in the summer of 2020.
He was also accused of attempting to rape another woman, who claimed the ex-player molested her.
Mendy was cleared of six counts of rape back in January, 2023, and one count of sexual assault, relating to four young women.
But he was not discharged as the jurors failed to reach verdicts on two counts of rape and attempted rape, prompting a re-trial.
