The Director General of the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria, Dr. Mohammed Bulama, visits Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun on Thursday, 25th April 2024, in Abeokuta, Ogun State, to explore opportunities for collaboration in social, economic, and political development between FRCN and the state.
During the meeting, Dr. Bulama informed Governor Abiodun about Radio Nigeria’s plans to establish “Choice FM” in Otta to serve the Awori in the western axis of the state, as well as another booster station around Ijebu Ode to serve the eastern axis.
Dr. Bulama praised Governor Abiodun for his people-oriented policies and projects, such as housing projects, inland dry port, and Gateway Agro-Cargo Airport, and commended Ogun State for its top ranking in ease of doing business in the country.
He reaffirmed FRCN’s commitment to effectively showcasing government activities at all levels to attract foreign direct investment into the country.
A key focus of their discussion was the collaboration between FRCN and Ogun State to highlight the developmental strides of the Abiodun administration and the significant economic, social, and political importance of Ogun State.
