Nigerian Gospel singer, Buchi Atuonwu recalls a harrowing experience where he faced imminent execution by a firing squad, highlighting how God intervened to spare his life.
During an interview on Channels Television’s ‘Morning Brief’ programme, Buchi recounted the moment when he and others were lined up, with the firing squad prepared to carry out the execution.

However, he attributes his survival to divine intervention.
Buchi emotionally described how he cried out to God for deliverance, making a heartfelt promise to dedicate his life to serving Him if he were spared. Since that pivotal moment, he has remained steadfast in his commitment to God.
