Nigerian Afrobeat star and songwriter, Davido, has expressed shock at the low turnout of fans to his concert at the Eagles Square Abuja, on Thursday, 14th December, 2023.
Davido shocked by the poor attendance of fans at this concert, took to his social media X handle to express his disappointment, with the caption; “Is this a prank“
According to him, he said it seems like the people in Abuja are not ready for a show.

While some people blame the poor turnout on the timing and cost of tickets, others spoke on how his colleagues Wizkid and Burna Boy are better at pulling crowds.
However, following a series of posts on the X handle, Davido wrote “ABUJA CHOKE” with a smile emoji.
